The library design re-imagines learning as a continuous, community-driven experience, blending the functions of an urban living room with a traditional reading space. Situated among schools and recreational facilities, it fosters neighborhood togetherness. The library integrates into daily life, serving as a central hub for the community. Emphasizing sustainability, we re-purpose quarried stone and explore innovative uses for recycled plastic in glazing. The design features open, connecting courtyards, with a multipurpose room on the south side and an elevated reading space on the north, creating a seamless flow that encourages interaction and engagement within the neighborhood.
